Welcome to Louvrs. By accessing or using louvrs.com (the “Site”) and our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These Terms work alongside our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Return Policy.

1) Who We Are

Louvrs is an online store offering curated home, lifestyle, and décor essentials. We operate on the Shopify platform and may promote products across channels such as Google Shopping, Pinterest, and TikTok. Our primary service regions include the USA, UK, and Australia. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights under local law.

2) Eligibility & Your Use of the Site

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent/guardian.
  • Use the Site for lawful purposes only and in compliance with these Terms.
  • Do not interfere with the Site’s security, attempt to access accounts or data not intended for you, or use automated scraping without permission.
  • We may suspend or terminate access for violations or suspected abuse.

3) Accounts, Orders & Acceptance

  • Information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.
  • Your order is an offer to buy. We accept by confirming dispatch. We may decline or cancel orders (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing/stock errors).
  • If we cancel after payment, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

4) Product Info, Pricing & Availability

  • We aim to present product titles, images, colors, dimensions, and materials as accurately as possible; display variations may occur across devices.
  • Prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice. Taxes and shipping (if any) are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • If a pricing/availability error occurs, we will notify you and offer correction or cancellation before dispatch.

5) Payments

Payments are securely processed via Shopify-supported providers (such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, and major cards). By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the order total, including taxes and applicable fees. Your bank or payment provider may apply additional foreign transaction or processing fees beyond our control.

6) Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri). Delivery estimates after dispatch:
    • USA: 7–10 business days
    • UK: 5–10 business days
    • AUS: 7–14 business days
  • We offer Free Insured Shipping to the USA, UK & Australia. Tracking is included with all orders.
  • Delivery timelines may be impacted by customs, carrier delays, holidays, weather, or incorrect addresses.

7) Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • 30-day return & exchange window from the date of delivery.
  • Returns accepted for defective and non-defective items if unused, in new condition, and with original packaging.
  • Prepaid return label included in your package; no restocking fees.
  • Refunds issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.

8) User Content (Reviews, Photos, Feedback)

  • By submitting reviews, photos, or feedback, you grant Louvrs a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use and display such content for marketing and customer experience purposes.
  • You must own or have the rights to the content and ensure it is lawful, accurate, and non-infringing.
  • We may review, edit, or remove submitted content at our discretion.

9) Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (logos, product images, graphics, layout, and text) is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use content only for personal, non-commercial purposes unless given written permission.

10) Third-Party Services & Links

11) Compliance with Google Shopping Policies

  • We present accurate product information, pricing, and availability.
  • We display clear contact information, shipping timelines, and return policies.
  • We do not list prohibited or restricted items.
  • If discrepancies are detected (e.g., data mismatch), we may pause/cancel listings or orders until resolved.

12) Privacy & Data

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Depending on your location, you may have specific rights (e.g., GDPR/UK GDPR or Australian Privacy Principles). By using the Site, you consent to the processing described there.

13) Warranties & Disclaimers

You affirm that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national/resident of any jurisdiction under sanctions. You agree not to use the Site to violate applicable export or trade laws.

17) Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, wars, strikes, utility failures, or disruptions from third-party service providers.

18) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Wyoming will have exclusive jurisdiction, except that you may bring claims in your local small-claims court where applicable.
