1. 30-Day Return & Exchange Window
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective items. Items must be unused, in new condition, and returned in original packaging.
2. Free & Easy Returns
Every order includes a prepaid return label inside the package. Simply attach it and send your item back — no cost, no hassle.
3. Exchanges
Need a replacement or different item? Exchanges are accepted within the 30-day window for products in new condition.
4. How to Start a Return or Exchange
Email us at support@louvrs.com with your order number and details. Our customer care team will provide guidance and confirm your return or exchange.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return required in most cases.
6. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after your return is received and inspected. Funds are returned to your original payment method. No restocking fees apply.

8. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of purchase. Once processing or shipping begins, cancellations are no longer possible. Contact us immediately if you need assistance.
