1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email including your tracking number.
2. Delivery Times
- United States: 7–10 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
- Australia: 7–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on customs, holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays.
3. Shipping Costs
We proudly offer Free Insured Shipping on all orders to the USA, UK, and Australia.
4. Tracking Your Order
All orders include tracking. Your tracking number will be emailed once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
While Louvrs covers shipping costs, international orders may incur customs duties, taxes, or additional fees determined by your local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Lost or Missing Packages
If your package shows as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please contact us at support@louvrs.com. We will coordinate with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue. Ensure your shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.
